Luis and his team worked very well with our architect. I always appreciated that he made sure all my questions were answered. He keeps good records, he is price competitive, and his team is pretty much the same after several years. He built me a lovely 780 sf Accessory Dwelling Unit, fully permitted, for my 86-y/o mother to live in. It’s lovely and very functional. Absolutely no issues after 3 years. He seems to have a broad reach across many different subcontractors, and is constantly growing his network, which makes a difference if you’re trying to save time on schedule. I’m a “hands-on” home owner, and he was perfectly fine with me working alongside his crew. His guys definitely work hard, they work smart, and they’re reliable. Moz is my go-to contractor and should be yours too.

Luis and team did a great job on our porch renovation. The material was quality and the work was done in a professional manner. The team was flexible when the scope of the work changed. We originally called Moz to fix a wall that we discovered was damaged before we could replace a window. The damages were much worse than we thought — our exterior wall was on the verge of collapse, among other things. Luis and his team did excellent work at a very reasonable price, even as problems with the house arose and changed the scope of the job. They went above and beyond in every possible way — not just fixing the most urgent problems but fixing little details we hadn’t even noticed. Our house is now in a much better state as a result. We would absolutely hire Moz again for future home projects.

We are extremely pleased with the renovation work done by Moz Contractors! The attention to detail and the quality of the workmanship are evident in every aspect of the project.
